I am a well versed and dedicated martial artist and personal trainer with concentrations in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Sport-Specific Conditioning, Strength Conditioning, Mobility/Stability, Rehabilitation, Prehabilitation, Motivation and Coaching.

I am deeply passionate about unlocking a person’s ability to grow individually through the physical and mental challenges that one encounters in the practice of training and balancing the body and mind.
I currently hold specialized certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM); am a Functional Anatomy (FRC) Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist; am certified in The Integrative Corrective Exercise Approach; and am a certified Bioforce Conditioning Coach.
Additionally, I am a competitive Muay Thai, Mixed Martial Arts, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu athlete.
