HONEST NOTE ABOUT ONLINE VS. IN-PERSON
I’ll be straight with you: if you’re dealing with significant pain, tissue dysfunction, or complex movement issues, in-person work is almost always more effective. The hands-on component — deep tissue massage, manual therapy, direct movement cuing — is difficult to replicate remotely.
